Six of the U.S. airlines get perfect scores for LGBT Corporate Equality Index. It is a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees. We are #PROUD to work for one of them!
We don’t want to talk about such perks like getting paid to travel and see the world traveling, meeting new people everyday and live on adventure. By getting hired with airlines, #LGBT people can benefit from something that should be constituted in any work environment: feeling welcome, accepted, and being who they are. Additionally, when working for most airlines in the U.S., gay and transgender people can enjoy same-sex domestic partner and equal health and travel benefits. All that makes a wonderful work place for all the employees who become a diverse family driven by values like: equality, understanding and mutual respect.
